Inspection and Servicing
Regular inspection and servicing of your kit is essential as this will highlight any possible problems (see the product user instruction leaflet for more information). In the event of finding a fault, damage, or if you are unsure about a product you should stop using it immediately and contact us.
When goods are returned to us we will carry out a full investigation through our Quality System and inform you of the outcome. To return goods for inspection complete the Return form and send it to us along with the product(s).
How to return items
- UK only: Send items directly to us at the address below and please include the completed Return form with the returned item(s).
- Rest of the World: Contact us for further instruction or contact your local retailer.
Servicing, Repairs and Re-slinging
Due to the global Covid-19 situation this service is on hold until further notice.
DMM is still operational and we continue to ship worldwide but with a reduced workforce. Our manufacturing focus is on essential work at height equipment used in the maintenance and repair of vital infrastructure and by the emergency services. We simply do not have the capacity to undertake extra servicing at this time.
Please do not send us anymore of your products for servicing until further notice. We will complete any in-process work and return them to you.
