 DMM Lifetime Guarantee

DMM guarantees all of its products against any defects in product integrity. If you have any doubt about the integrity of any DMM product then you should stop using it immediately and fill out this form.

Exclusions from this guarantee include:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Oxidation or corrosion
  • Modifications or alterations
  • Poor storage
  • Poor maintenance
  • Damage due to accident or negligence
  • Damage due to use of product for which it is not designed.
  • If any label has been removed from a textile product
  • If a helmet has been written on with a marker or has stickers applied
  • If the product has been modified or repaired by a third person.

Full details about inspection and maintenance of all DMM products are included in the user instructions supplied with every product, copies can be found on the relevant product pages on our website. We highly recommend that our customers read these instructions and adhere to the recommendations set out in them.

Returns

To return items purchased through the DMM website, please fill in this form.

Returns for unwanted items must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.

For returning products purchased through a DMM approved retailer, please contact the retailer directly for assistance.

Returned products must be in as new condition with original packaging attached.

DMM will examine all retuned products and will not accept the return if the item or its packaging shows any signs of use, damage or contamination.

Servicing, Repairs and Re-slinging

We offer servicing and re-slinging for DMM Cams and Torque Nuts if they pass a quality inspection. Prior to sending them to us, we ask you to inspect and assess your gear in accordance to the supplied user instructions and inspection criteria. These are also available as PDF’s on the product pages of our website.

Please note we can only offer this service/re-sling for DMM products.

We endeavor to carry out this service ASAP but during busy times this may take up to 6-8 weeks. Please allow plenty of time for this service and plan well in advance of your next climbing trip.
