New Products at A+A 2017

From 17 – 20 October DMM Professional will be showcasing its latest new products at the A+A International Trade Fair for safety, security and health at work in Düsseldorf. Being shown for the first time is the PerfectO carabiner, the Offya and Deviant Tyrolean system and Rigger Pulleys. The eagerly awaited Revolver Rig is joined by a twin pulley version.

PerfectO

The PerfectO locking carabiner has the same symmetric oval profile as the classic Ultra O but is 15 mm shorter while still maintaining a full strength rating. Its compact form increases usability for one-handed use and reduces the overall system height by ensuring the minimum eye to eye length. Rigger Pulleys

The Rigger Pulleys are an evolution of the popular Triple Attachment Pulley first brought to the market by DMM ten years ago. They feature a new axle construction with high-efficiency roller bearings to produce a stronger axle/side plate interface for increased longevity. The newly developed side plate and axle construction gives a greater minimum breaking strain (MBS) of 44 kN. Offya and Deviant

The Offya and Deviant complement each other to provide a Tyrolean system for hauling with a redirect device for rope management. The Offya is a strong and versatile ‘trolley system’ that can take worst case scenarios. Standard or knot passing option available in the second half of 2018. The Deviant manages ropes and loads at the crucial high attachment points. It creates a strong, efficient deviation for multiple ropes with ‘connector free’ predictability. Revolver Rig

The previously shown Revolver Rig will be coming to market in March 2018 and is joined by a Revolver Rig Twin. The Revolver Rig is all about efficiency and flexibility by integrating a highly efficient pulley wheel into a connector that resists cross-loading. The 90-degree twist in the becket allows the connection of textiles or connectors while minimising rope contact.
